Microcement Sample Set
Bicomponent microcement in medium texture finished and up to 10 custom colours of your choice!
You’re interested in our microcement but want to test its quality and application beforehand? – Then our “Microcement Sample Set” is perfect for you!
This set includes 7 kg of microcement powder in medium grain size (A-Component) and 2 kg of liquid acrylic resin (B-Component). This is sufficient to apply 2 layers on an area of 3.5 m² (approx. 37 sqft). In addition, you can add up to 10 colours to your set to try out different colours. This way, you’re guaranteed to find the right shade for your project.

Instructions for Use
Primer
- The substrate must be stable, dry, and free of dirt, separating agents, and coarse unevenness.
- Sand off any unevenness.
- If required, use our Putty Primer on your walls and 2K EP Levelling Compound on your floor to level and prime, for example on tiles.
- If your area to be coated is already levelled and smooth, use either our 2K Bonding Primer (for non-absorbent surfaces) or DEEP PRIMER (for absorbent surfaces) to prime.
- Allow the primer to dry.
Main Coating
- Mix microcement A components in medium grain size with the B component in the specified mixing ratio.
- Add WB pigment in the recommended quantity to colour the material.
- Spread the material with a trowel and then leave to dry
- Sand off any unevenness in the surface greater than 3 mm and vacuum up any sanding dust.
- Apply a second coat in the same way.
Sealant
Note: For damp rooms, surfaces in direct contact with water and heavily used surfaces (high mechanical stress, cleaning with aggressive cleaning agents, etc.), we recommend sealing the surface with EPODEX polyurethane resin (PU resin) in matt or glossy.
- Mix PU resin and hardener in the specified mixing ratio and pour into a paint tray.
- Apply the material thinly with a foam roller in a crosswise motion and allow to harden. We recommend two coats.

Completely Waterproof
EPODEX microcement in combination with our polyurethane resin (PU Finish) sealant is waterproof. It is therefore ideal for showers and wet areas. The sealing layer is finally rolled onto the hardened microcement.
